1980: Establishment of “Zentralverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH”

1990: Company name is changed to “Gauselmann AG”

As the central holding and parent company of the Gauselmann Group, Gauselmann AG has numerous subsidiaries. After it was established in 1980, the parent company was ultimately renamed Gauselmann AG in 1990. The heart of the holding company, with its 370 employees, beats at the Espelkamp and Lübbecke locations in North Rhine-Westphalia.
