1987: Establishment of BEIT GmbH

BEIT GmbH acts as a full service provider to the Gauselmann Group and provides integrated IT solutions to the holding companies and their subsidiaries from a single source. From its beginnings as a department of the Gauselmann Group, BEIT developed into a stand-alone subsidiary. A quick glance at the figures confirms its success: The approximately 120 employees generate an annual turnover of around EUR 22 million and are sought after internationally for their innovative IT solutions.

As an internal service provider, BEIT has a direct insight into the Gauselmann Group as well as into what is happening in international markets. It is on this basis that it repeatedly develops tailored IT solutions that combine innovation with pragmatism and a just-in-time mentality. The service portfolio is broadly based and depicts the complete life cycle of an IT application – from project planning through to realization and system operation.
